Guided Tours of Castletown House in Period Costume
Enjoy a tour of Ireland's finest 18th century Palladian style mansion with guides dressed in period costumes. Tours will run from 10.45 and are on the hour until 16.45. Usual admission fees apply - Adult €4.50, Student/Senior/Child €3.50, Family ticket €12.50. Please note there will be free admission to the house on Saturday August 28th.
Castletown will hold Children's Education Workshops at 11am, every Sunday throughout the season from March - Sunday 19th December 2010.
Workshops are FREE and suitable for children between 5 and 12 years of age. There is a maximum of 10 children per class so booking is essential. Please telephone 01 628 8252 to speak to a member of staff to reserve a space for your child. Parents/Guardians must accompany children for the duration of the workshops and are welcome to participate.

Enjoy a guided walk of the 18th century Castletown parkland. Meeting in the West Wing Courtyard. Suitable for adults and children. Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for outdoor/parkland walk.

Evening Tours of Castletown House - Thursday 26th August.
Enjoy an evening tour of the beautiful interior rooms of Castletown House with your guide dressed in period costume. Evening tours on Thursday 26th August will commence at 17.30, 18.15 and 19.00. Usual admission charges apply - Adult €4.50, Student/Senior/Child €3.50, Family ticket €12.50.

Short lectures from local history enthusiasts and authors on different aspects of Castletown House and the Estate history.
Free admission to this seated event in the Entrance Hall. No booking required.
